  Email Management - Tips from a Professional Organizer I am sure we all can relate to the struggle in the volume of emails and messages we get, am I right? My hand is raised! There are days when the ping of a new email/message notification really triggers something in me and causes me to stress and experience some anxiety. However, I am really working on NOT letting this happen and I am feeling the change from the work I am putting in. It is not perfect all the time, as each day differs, but more and more, this feeling is getting increasingly manageable.  How am I doing this? While there is no one size fits all solution, here is what I am practicing and finding to be super helpful:   Unsubscribe to anything that is not relevant to you - do this as they come in and are saying to yourself, why am I getting this email?   Create folders/files for those important and dealt with items that need to be kept - really think about what needs to be kept, as you don’t want to contribute to build
